OPOC Key Status Definitions

When looking at the raw data, there is a Status column with 6 different options. These are the definitions for each of those options.

• ACTIVE: is when agency creates a key
• PRINTED: is when the key is printed but not distributed.
• DISTRIBUTED: The status of the Key changes to Distributed when all the 3 buttons are clicked on the Site and disappears from the list indicating the Key has been Distributed to a Client. (After OPOC has been updated with distributing Keys via a generic link, this cannot be tracked anymore)
• ACCESSED: is when client accessed the key, but not data has been entered yet. 
• IN PROGRESS: is when client in middle of survey or never hit submit button. For additional information, please see Surveys/Keys listed as "In Progress" article. 
• SUBMITTED: is when client completed survey and has hit submit.
