Health System Insight Platform (HSI)
Accessing the HSI
Enrolling as a Facility Role Administrator (FRA) in ONE ID
The FRA is responsible for administering access to the HSI. The FRA must be a Local Registration Authority (LRA) for ONE ID before enrolling as the FRA. For more information on becoming an LRA contact mhaddi@ontariohealth.ca.
If you are already an LRA for your organization, you must request that another LRA grant you access to the FRA role. Two LRAs can grant this access to each other.
Log into the ONE ID Identity Access & Identity System, and grant each other access to the two following roles. You need both.
- HSI- Role Administrator
- HSI- Users
What if I have only one LRA for my organization?
If you are the only LRA for your organization, please have your signing authority or Authorized Representative email ONEIDBusinessSupport@ontariohealth.ca requesting that you be enrolled as a HSI- Role Administrator and HSI- User. ONE ID Support will perform this action for you and confirm when it is complete.
Logging into the HSI for the first time
After you are enrolled as an FRA, log into the HSI using your ONE ID: https://hsi.ontariohealth.ca/
Complete the "Welcome Wizard" by agreeing to the terms and conditions and confirming your profile details. Ensure the appropriate role/site is select: "Facility Role Administrator - your organization name".
You should now see the FRAT tool icon in the left-hand menu. This is where you can approve and revoke access to the HSI. Click the FRAT and go to Pending Approval.
Approve yourself to access the MHA Dashboard by clicking the check-mark next to the Dashboard role.
Viewing the MHA Dashboard
You cannot view the MHA Dashboard from the FRA profile. To view your data, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and switch your profile to the User view.
