If your organization has Added Access Client Locks (ACLs) and this information needs to be transferred to your new vendor system, you can search for a list of all ACLs or simply, request this in your open ticket.
If there are ACLs on the user's account performing the data downloads to upload into your new vendor system, they will be restricted from downloading the client information. There are two recommended options from here:
