- Program Start Date Range – specifies the program start date range to report on.
- Program ID – specifies the program ID of the agency program that the wait list is linked to. Users can enter ‘*’ to include all agency programs.
- Wait List No – specifies the wait list no to report on. Users can enter ‘*’ to include all wait list no.
- Wait List Status – specifies the wait list status to be included in the report. The available options are Active, Inactive, or All.
- Wait List Member Status – specifies the wait list member status to be included in the report. The available options are
- Active – clients who are active on the wait list,
- Received – clients who have received services,
- Removed – clients who have been removed from the wait list, or all.
