This how-to article will help you reset your Catalyst password from the Catalyst home page.
When you select the 'Forgot your password' link on the Catalyst home page. A pop-up box will appear that asks for your:
- Catalyst User ID;
- Agency Connex Number; and
- Valid Email Address associated with your account.
Catalyst will then ask you to go through several validation checks. validate the information that you've inputted and if the information does not match our records a message will appear.
