This how-to article will help you reset your Catalyst password from the Catalyst home page. 

When you select the 'Forgot your password' link on the Catalyst home page. A pop-up box will appear that will ask you to provide your:

  • Catalyst User ID;
  • Agency Connex Number; and
  • Valid Email Address associated with your account.

Catalyst will then validate the information and if the information does not match our records a message one of the following messages will appear.

Incorrect Connex # and User ID Message: will result in a "User is not found. Please try again." message.  If the problem persists, please contact your local Catalyst System Administrator.

Invalid Email Address: will result in two possible messages: "The email provided was not found on our records. Please contact your local Catalyst System Administrator" or "Cannot process this request, malformed email. Please try again."



Validation Successful

If the validation is successful, Catalyst will send you a password rest email.    The password reset link is only valid for 30 minutes.

When you open the link in the validation email link a pop-up box will appear that will ask you to provide your:

  • Catalyst User ID;
  • Agency Connex Number; and
  • Valid Email Address associated with your account.

If you make 7 unsuccessful attempts (by using incorrect information) Catalyst will lock your account.  You will need to wait 30 minutes before you can try again. You can also contact your Catalyst System Administrator for assistance.*the password reset link is only valid for 30 minutes*
