This how-to article will help you reset your Catalyst password from the Catalyst home page.

Select the 'Forgot your password' link on the Catalyst home page.

A pop-up box will appear that will ask you to provide your:

  • Catalyst User ID;
  • Agency Connex Number; and
  • Valid Email Address associated with your account.

Catalyst will then validate the information and the system will let know if the information does not match our records.

Validation Successful

If the validation is successful, Catalyst will send you a password rest email.  The password reset link is only valid for 30 minutes.

Check your junk or spam folder if you don't receive the email in your inbox.

When you open the link in the validation email a pop-up box will appear that will ask you to provide your:

  • Catalyst User ID;
  • Agency Connex Number; and
  • Valid Email Address associated with your account.

If you make 7 unsuccessful attempts (by using incorrect information) Catalyst will lock your account.  You will need to wait 30 minutes before you can try again. You can also contact your Catalyst System Administrator for assistance.

Once Catalyst re-conforms your credentials, you will be asked to create a new Password.
