Following the SAP reports migration to the cloud, accessing report should be done using the new link provided below.
Notably, when the reports page loads, it has a different view which can be confusing for users. Please follow the steps below to access the reports folder(s) you have access to.
Step-by-step guide
- Log into the BI Launchpad/ SAP Platform using the steps below:
- From the browser address bar: type in the url: https://sap.datis-camh.ca/BOE/BI
- Once the logon screen appears, bookmark the page or save the page to your favorites.
- Each user must enter:
- User ID
- Password (case sensitive)
- Once user credentials have been entered, click Login.
- The Reports home page will be displayed.
- The looks like the image below. Please select the Documents tab on the top left.
- Once the documents tab is clicked, you will be directed to the page in the image below. If you cannot see your agency's reports folders, do not be alarmed. On the bottom left of the page, you will see a tab marked "Folders". Please select this.
- You should now see the reports folders.
