Steps to Access the NEP & ONP Raw Data Report in Tableau
To run to run the NEP & ONP Raw Data report log into Tableau: https://tableau.datis-camh.ca/
Navigate to the "Explore" Section:
- You can access "Explore" in two ways:
- From the Home screen.
- From the Menu Panel on the left side of the screen.
Access the ONHRDB Folder:
- Click on the ONHRDB Folder
Open the Reports Folder:
- Click on ONHRDB Agency Reports to view all available reports.
Choose the report you are trying to run:
- Select the A04 - NEP & ONP Raw Data Report:
- Select NEP ONP Raw Data Report
Setting Filters for Your Report
Filters allow you to customize your report to display only the most relevant data. Key filters include:
Date Filter:
- Enter dates manually or use the calendar to select the start and end dates.
PHU Filter:
Select your organization's Public Health Unit (this field will auto-populate).
Agency Filter:
- Choose any associated agencies linked with your PHU, if applicable.
Site Filter:
- View all sites associated with your organization in NEO. Deselect any sites you do not wish to include in the report.
Additional filters are available for the NEP/NSP Transactions. These filters can be utilized to isolate and focus on specific sets of data within this tab.

Item Type:
- The item type refers to the specific category or classification under which items are grouped. This data can be utilized to isolate and focus on specific sets of information within this tab.
Item:
- The item dropdown refers to the specific item(s) being tracked.

Additional filters are available at the top of your report to help manage and adjust or reset filters as needed:
Export/Download a Report
Users can choose their preferred format for downloading the report. For optimal formatting, it is recommended to download this report as a Crosstab since it contains aggregate data.
Steps to Download Your Report:
To download your report, click on the download button at the top right of the screen.
Select the format you prefer. Once the format is selected a new window will appear with further customization options to download the report.
Follow these steps if PDF or Crosstab is selected:
Crosstab
To download to Excel or CSV Crosstab must be selected. The report must be downloaded by sheet, the user must be in the sheet that they want to download.
Only the Client Info tab will be downloaded.
To open the downloaded Excel file, locate it in your system's default download folder or the location where it was saved, and double-click it. Ensure you have spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, installed to view the file.
To download the report as a PDF, select the PDF option. The entire report will be included in the download.
