NEW Reporting Portal Coming Soon!
Tableau
We are excited to announce we will be launching a new reporting portal, Tableau, starting in January 2025. The current SAP reporting portal will be replaced by Tableau to better meet the reporting and analytical needs of stakeholders of the following DATIS-supported provincial programs:
- Catalyst Addictions MDS,
- Ontario Harm Reduction Database,
- Ontario Perception of Care, and
- Ontario Structured Psychotherapy.
Tableau is an innovative application known for its ability to turn data into visually appealing and easily consumable dashboards.
To facilitate an easier transition to Tableau, we have built dashboards to closely resemble the current reports available. Development of new dashboards and enhancements to current ones, to meet the data needs of our stakeholders, will take place in the new fiscal year. In the meantime, access to your reports in the current SAP reporting portal will continue for each program throughout the implementation process and until further notification is provided in early 2025.
