Once your organization has confirmed the need for a data migration from Catalyst, the process will be divided into two phases.

Part 1: A member of your team will require Super ACL and Reports Access to facilitate data downloads. These reports should be generated twice:

  1. Initially, with a sample dataset for testing purposes.
  2. Subsequently, with the full date range of all data intended for transfer.

Part 2: Our dedicated Catalyst team will securely extract a copy of all Case Notes and Attachments. These files will be compressed into a ZIP archive and sent via CAMH's secure file transfer system to a designated contact from your team.  More information can be found about mapping Case Notes and Attachments here.
