Please contact the ONHRDB Service Desk to request that a new item be added to the NEO Transaction Screen. Be sure to include the precise name, and the category you would like the supply added to., If you are requesting a new kit, you must provide the exact quantities and name of each supply in the kit and the name for the kit.
Please Note: The exact quantities of kit items that you provide us with are counted towards your item totals on your SAP reports, and there is no need to re-enter the kit items individually.
