Requesting access

To request access to the CAMH SAP Portal, submit an issue to the  ONHRDB Service Desk. Please indicate:

• Your agency
  • If you work for the MOHLTC please indicate your directorate 
• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your role

First time login

The ONHRDB System Administrator at CAMH will send you the following in order to log into the Analytics Portal for the first time:

• A URL link to the portal (bookmark this)
• Your username
• Your temporary password

If your firewall does not allow you to access the portal, contact your IT and request that they open port 8443. This should resolve the issue. If the issue persists, contact ONHRDB Service Desk.
