Description

For each presenting problem substance, summarizes the number of clients and percentage of open admissions by age group and gender.  NOTE: 1. More than one presenting problem substance may be reported per admission. Therefore, the total number of presenting problem substances may not match the total number of open admissions; 2. The age at admission is used in the age calculation.

Report Columns

Parameters

  • Admission Date Range – specifies the admission date range to report on.
  • Admission Site – specifies the admission site to which the clients were admitted. Users can enter “*” for all admission sites.
  • Program ID – specifies the program ID of the program, regardless of the program start and end dates, that the open admissions must contain in order to be included in this report. NOTE: Users can select “Admission Level” to run the report at the admission level.
  • Include Carryovers – indicates whether carryovers should be included in the report.

Frequency Count:
Summarizes the number of clients and percentage of open admissions for each presenting problem substance.

  • Count – The number of open admissions with the specified problem substance
  • % of Open Admissions – The percentage of open admissions with the specified problem substance

Presenting Problem Substances by Gender for Open Admissions:
Summarizes the number of clients and percentage of open admissions for each presenting problem substance by Gender.

Report Columns:

  • Problem Substances – Problem substances
  • Male: Count – The number of male clients with the specified problem substance
  • Male: % - The percentage of male clients with the specified problem substance
  • Female: Count – The number of female clients with the specified problem substance
  • Female: % - The percentage of female clients with the specified problem substance
  • Other: Count – The number of clients (neither male nor female) with the specified problem substance
  • Other: % - The percentage of clients (neither male nor female) with the specified problem substance
  • Total: Count – The total number of clients with the specified problem substance
  • Total: % - The total percentage of clients with the specified problem substance

Presenting Problem Substances by Age Group for Open Admissions:
Summarizes the number of clients and percentage of open admissions for each presenting problem substance by Age Group.

  • Age: Count – The number of clients in the specified age group, with the specified problem substance
  • Age: % - The percentage of clients in the specified age group, with the specified problem substance
  • Total: Count – The total number of clients, regardless of age, with the specified problem substance

Summarizes the number of clients with open admissions for each presenting problem substance by Age Group and Gender.
