Instructions:

Log In

The first step to logging into the platform is to open an internet browser (e.g. Chrome or Internet Explorer) and go to the following link: https://secure.dacimasoftware.net/CAMH/View/Login.aspx

Please bookmark this page on your favourite internet browser for quick access!

On the login page, enter your Username and Password and then click on the LOGIN button.

On your first login, you will be prompted to change your password. Your password must contain at least eight characters and a combination of upper and lower case letters as well as numbers.

Notes:
  • The Dacima software does not have a preferred browser and is fully functional with the internet browser of your choice.
  • If you enter a username or password that is invalid, your account will be disabled after five invalid attempts. If you account becomes disabled, please connect with the YWHO helpdesk at dacima@youthhubs.ca for support.
  • You will be logged out of the application after 20 minutes of inactivity. This feature is intended to enhance security while using the platform. You will receive a 60-second warning before being logged off. 

Recover Username or Password

If you forget your username or password, you can recover it by clicking on the RECOVER USERNAME OR PASSWORD link on the login page.

Log Out

When you are done using the platform, please log out of your account. We also recommend either locking your computer or logging out of the platform anytime you step away from your computer.

To log out of the platform:

  • Click on the LOG OUT button at the top-right corner of the screen.
Notes:
  • If you are working on an open data entry form and you log out, you will lose any unsaved data.
  • Check to ensure the data is accurate and save or validate (i.e., validate and lock) any changes before logging out of the platform.
