This page is meant to provide an overview of how to use the new service desk. This information is meant for all Catalyst, DATIS Interface, and Staged Screening & Assessment (GAIN) organizations.
As a reminder, please do not include Personal Health Information in your request. It is considered unsecure and contravenes PHIPA (2004).
From the main page of the Service Desk, you can:
View Your Account Details
View Submitted Requests

Create a New Request
Please select the request type that best fits your question. Depending on the request that you select you'll be asked to provide more information.
NOTE: Catalyst is inaccessible applies to any outages or slow downs that you might experience with Catalyst, Interface, and GAIN ABS system.

Request a new Service Desk Account
This 1 1/2 minute (one and half minute) video walks you through how to submit a request for a new Service Desk Account. This will allow another individual in your organization to access the Service Desk.
