AG-07: Health Status/Problems By Age Group and Gender (refreshed nightly M-F)

Description

For each of the following health statuses, summarizes the number of clients and by Age Group and Gender:

Vision
Hearing
Mobility
Pregnant
Number of Overnight Hospitalizations in last 12 months for physical problems
Reason for most recent hospitalization
Diagnosed with mental health problem by a qualified mental health professional
Hospitalized for a mental health problem
Received treatment for a mental health, emotional, behavioural or physiological problem from community mental health program or professional
Prescribed medication for a mental health problem

NOTE: The age at admission is used in the age calculation.

By Gender:

Health Status – one of the above health statuses
Male: Count – the number of male clients with the specified health status value
Male: % - the percentage of male clients with the specified health status value, compared to all clients with the specified health status value
Female: Count – the number of female clients with the specified health status value
Female: % - the percentage of female clients with the specified health status value, compared to all clients with the specified health status value
Other: Count – the number of clients (neither male nor female) with the specified health status value
Other: % - the percentage of clients (neither male nor female) with the specified health status value, compared to all clients with the specified health status value
Total: Count – the total number of clients, regardless of gender, with the specified health status value
Total: % - the total percentage of clients, regardless of gender, with the specified health status value. This is always 100%.
Total: % of Open Admissions – the total percentage of clients, regardless of gender and compared to all the open admissions, with the specified health status value

By Age Group:

Health Status - one of the above health statuses
Age: Count – The number of clients in the specified age group, with the specified health status value
Age: % - The percentage of clients in the specified age group with the specified health status value, compared to all clients with the specified health status value

Total: Count – The total number of clients, regardless of age, with the specified health status value
Total: % - The total percentage of clients, regardless of age, with the specified health status value. This is always 100%.

Admission Date Range – specifies the admission date range to report on.
Admission Site – specifies the admission site to which the clients were admitted. Users can enter “*” for all admission sites.
Program ID – specifies the program ID of the program, regardless of the program start and end dates, that the open admissions must contain in order to be included in this report. NOTE: Users can select “Admission Level” to run the report at the admission level.
Include Carryovers – indicates whether carryovers should be included in the report
