Description
For each presenting issue at admission, summarizes the number of clients and percentage of open program registrations by Age Group and Gender. NOTE: More than one presenting issue may be reported per admission. Therefore, the total number of presenting issues may not match the total number of open program registrations.
Report Columns

Parameters
- Program Start Date Range – specifies the program start date range to report on.
- Program Site – specifies the admission site to which the clients were admitted. Users can enter “*” for all admission sites. Program – specifies the program to report on
- Age Calculation – indicates whether the age at admission or the current age should be used in this report.
- Include Carryovers – indicates whether carryovers should be included in the report

Frequency Count:
Summarizes the number of clients and percentage of open program registrations for each presenting issue at admission.
Report Columns:
- Presenting Issues – Presenting issues
- Count – The number of open program registrations with the specified presenting issue
- % of Open Admissions – The percentage of open program registrations with the specified presenting issue
Presenting Issues at Admission by Gender for Open Program Registrations:
Summarizes the number of clients and percentage of open program registrations for each presenting issue at admission by Gender.
Report Columns:
- Presenting Issues – Presenting issues
- Male: Count – The number of male clients with the specified presenting issue
- Male: % - The percentage of male clients with the specified presenting issue
- Female: Count – The number of female clients with the specified presenting issue
- Female: % - The percentage of female clients with the specified presenting issue
- Other: Count – The number of clients (neither male nor female) with the specified presenting issue
- Other: % - The percentage of clients (neither male nor female) with the specified presenting issue
- Total: Count – The total number of clients with the specified presenting issue
- Total: % - The total percentage of clients with the specified presenting issue

Summarizes the number of clients and percentage of open program registrations for each presenting issue at admission by Age Group.
