Description
Generates a data dump with the following data:
- Client Info data
- Client's current address
- Client's latest referral source info
- Any custom fields in the Client Info screen
Report Columns
- Fields in the CLIENT_INFO table plus the custom fields
Parameters
- Client Record Creation Date Range – this report will include clients created during the specified period.
- Client Site – specifies the site in which the clients were registered. Users can enter “*” for all sites. NOTE: The Client Site refers to the site no in the Client Information screen.
