Description
Generate a data dump that contains the clients' pre-admission services history.
NOTE: This report contains the clients’ pre-admission services entered in Catalyst up to March 31, 2009 and includes Note 1. For pre-admission services entered in Catalyst as of April 1, 2009, see DD-11: Activity Log Appointment Information (includes all Entry Service).
Report Columns
- Fields in the ENTRY_SERVICE table
Parameters
- Pre-admission date range – specifies the pre-admission date range to report on.
- Client Site – specifies the site in which the clients were registered. Users can enter “*” for all sites. NOTE: The Client Site refers to the site no in the Client Information screen.
