Description
Generates a data dump of the Discharge Info data, including any custom field data.
Report Columns
- Fields in the CLIENT_INFO, ADMISSION_INFO, DISCHARGE_INFO tables and the discharge custom fields
Parameters
- Discharge Date Range – specifies the discharge date range to report on.
- Admission Site – specifies the admission site from which the clients were discharged.
