Description
Generates a data dump of the Referral Information data, including any custom field data.
Report Columns
- Fields in the CLIENT_INFO, ADMISSION_INFO, REFERRAL_INFO tables and the referral information custom fields
Parameters
- Referral Date Range – specifies the referral date range to report on.
- Referral Type – specifies the referral type to report on. The available options are:
- All referral types
- Referrals to participating agencies only
- Referrals to non-participating agencies only
- Internal referrals only
- Admission Site No – specifies the admission site no to report on
