Description
Summarizes the services provided in each activity type for all staff, grouped by staff, during the selected period. The services can be summarized by the actual time spent, the number of activities, the percentage of actual time spent, or the number of sessions.
NOTE: The Pre-entry Services category includes pre-entry services recorded in the Activity Log.
NOTE: When summarizing the services by the number of sessions, an occurred appointment that contains multiple direct face-to-face or direct non-face-to-face activities is considered as one session only. For activity types other than direct face-to-face and direct non-face-to-face, the report counts each activity as a session.
Report Columns
- Staff – The name of the staff
- Direct Services – The amount of face-to-face and non-face-to-face direct services provided by the staff
- Pre-entry Services – The amount of face-to-face and non-face-to-face pre-entry services provided by the staff
- Indirect Services – The amount of indirect services provided by the staff
- Pre-entry Indirect Services – The amount of indirect pre-entry services provided by the staff
- Admin – Central – The amount of central administration services performed by the staff
- Admin – Program – The amount of program administration services performed by the staff
- Non-MOHLTC Administration – The amount of Non-MOHLTC administration services performed by the staff
- Prevention/Awareness – The amount of prevention/awareness services provided by the staff
- Private/Personal Time – The amount of private/personal activities performed by the staff
- Total – The total amount of services provided by the staff
Parameters
- Activity Date Range – specifies the activity date range to report on.
- Service Site – specifies the service site at which the activity occurred.
- Display Type – specifies the field to summarize the services by. The available options are Time – summarize by actual time spent, Activities – summarize by the number of activities, Percentage – summarize by the percentage of actual time spent, and Sessions – summarize by the number of sessions.
