Report Columns
- Chart # – Client’s chart/file #
- Program name – Program name
- Activity Date – The date the activity occurred
- Activity - The activity description
- FC Account - The Functional Centre account of the activity
Parameters
- Activity Start Date - the earliest activity date for a client Activity Log virtual session
- Activity End Date - the latest activity date for a client Activity Log virtual session
