Description

This report is a row-level detail for all virtual Catalyst Client group appointments at the agency recorded in the Activity Log.  These are the clients that are being counted for OHRS accounts S49492 00 11 Group Sessions - Virtual - Time Intervals Not Reported and S 483 ** *3 Attendance Days - In-House - Virtual.

Report Columns

  • Case # – Client’s chart/file #
  • Group Description - The group name
  • Program name – Program name
  • Start Date – The date the group activity occurred
  • FC Account - The Functional Centre account of the activity

Parameters

  • Activity Start Date - the earliest activity date for a client Activity Log virtual session    
  • Activity End Date - the latest activity date for a client Activity Log virtual session
