Submitting a new issue
In order to use the Service Desk, you need a Service Desk account. Follow these instructions to create a Service Desk account.
When signed into the Service Desk, you can find your ongoing issues in the top left-hand corner.
If you have a new issue or question, you can search for potential solutions in the knowledge base search bar.
Can't find what you're looking for? Or, do you need a support agent to assist you? Open an new issue by selecting one of the request types below.
Fill out the details of your issue.
Note whether you'd like the issue to be visible to other members of your organization, or whether it should be private, then hit Create.
Responding to existing issues
Click the top right-hand icon to see a list of your existing issues.
Select an issue you want to respond to.
You can then type a comment, upload a new file or review previous comments and changes in status.
