Report account

You need a special report account to see NEO reports. If you do not have a reports account, contact helpdesk support. If you have a reports account, you will see Reports as a menu option as well as the different sections of reports below.

Sections

NEO reports are divided into two overall sections:

  • CLIENT
    • Reports that pull data based on the number of unique clients registered in NEO
  • TRANSACTION
    • Reports that pull data based on the total number of transactions logged in NEO

The following instructions will illustrate various differences between these two sections of reports.

Setting parameters

Date and Sites

You will always need to manually select your date range and which sites you want to see data for.

Combine Site Results

After selecting these parameters, you can click Combine results to summarize the data rather than have it presented on a site-by-site basis in the report. Then click Generate.

Exporting data

You may see a button like below that gives you an option to export your data to a CSV file (which can be manipulated in Excel).
