IAR submission is triggered by Gain ABS functionality. Submission happens only after RRS is completed and includes Q3 and RRS. In other words, after RRS is completed, Q3 and RRS are automatically submitted to IAR (CCIM). Any further edits on completed Q3\RRS will be also submitted to CCIM. The same Q3\RRS can be uploaded multiple times as the user edits, and the system will send it to CCIM.
On Gain RRS either button "Save" or "Save and view" will trigger report to upload to IAR. Option for Gain RRS to just save (save and not submit) is not possible at this time. Gain ABS is a third party and will just notify IAR to submit when assessment is ready. It does not have "save locally" feature.
On CCIM site: Consent “allow” is to share assessment within selected agencies. Consent “deny” is to NOT share assessment within agencies. Gain SS\MMS\POSIT - they have do have option to upload or not to CCIM in addition to toggle consent.
Currently the agency cannot see any IAR submission reports. Reports for submission option is under management review and will be provided in the future.
