Modules

The MOH test account is set up as a NEO administrative account, and therefore has more options in the main menu than a regular user account would typically see. To learn more about all the options you see here, follow our training for NEO Site Administrators. In general, regular users would only see NEP/NSP Transaction and the Naloxone Used module. Users who have been allowed to enter data in bulk would see the Bulk Entry module. Consumption & Treatment Services staff would see the CTS module.

Site Administrators can be set up to see Edit Client, Edit NX Transaction, Edit CTS, Reports & Manage Site Staff. However, these permissions can be limited on a user by user basis as well, if requested by the agency. To learn more about user permissions, see this article.

Transaction Sites

In addition to user permissions (described above), what NEO looks like for a typical user depends on the Transaction Sites they have access to. Each Transaction Site can be configured uniquely, but all follow general standards. The MOH test account has access to four test sites.

We try to make clear to agencies that this option is only for satellite sites.
