Yes, in some cases.
"Non-client transactions" like community clean-ups and collecting public sharps containers can be recorded in NEO, and often require entering a bulk quantity of needles returned to your agency for safe disposal. See the training module How to Record Non-Client Transactions for details on how to do this.
Some agencies also record needle exchange activity from their satellite sites/community partners in bulk. If your agencies can only collect bulk data from satellite sites, please contact the ONHRDB System Administrator, as your NEO account needs to be configured especially to allow this.
Once your system is configured to allow bulk entry for satellite sites, you can follow these instructions to enter data.
Please Note: Bulk Entry items are counted towards your item calculations on your SAP reports.
