ONHRDB (NEO360) Data Quality Work
Per the Ministry of Health’s Upcoming Ontario Harm Reduction Database Changes communication sent to stakeholders on April 29, 2022, CAMH will commence the outlined data quality work, on Monday May 16, 2022. There will be a configuration freeze (pause) on processing service desk requests for the Ontario Harm Reduction Database (NEO360) that include requests to add, edit and/or remove sites, site types and/or items, starting on Monday May 16. You will be notified when the configuration freeze ends.
Examples of service desk requests that cannot be processed during the configuration freeze:
- Requests to add a new transaction site
- Changes to a site’s site type
- Changes to a site’s site name
- Addition of items to transaction screens
The service desk will continue to process requests for assistance with reports, report accounts, admin accounts and help with user accounts set up if needed. To access SAP Reports for your ministry reporting, please go to: https://confluence.camh.ca/display/ONHRDBKB/CAMH+SAP+Portal
During this time, all sites should continue daily use of the Ontario Harm Reduction Database (NEO360) to record transactions, including adding new staff NEO360 accounts. Please direct any inquiries to the Service Desk. If you do not have a Service Desk account or have forgotten your account details, this article details how you can access the Service Desk.
