Agency wait lists can be created and edited as needed.

Creating a Wait List

To add a new wait list select “Wait List Info” from the Client Info tab and follow these steps:

  1. From the Wait List Management screen, click the “Add Wait List” button.
  2. When the Add Wait List screen appears, select the Program that will be linked to this wait list by clicking on the arrow beside the Program field.
  3. Selection of Wait List # is optional. This is an alpha-numeric field so numbers or letters or a combination of both can be used.
  4. Agencies with only one Site number will default to Site No: 01.
  5. If your agency has only one active Site, the Site number will always default to Site 01.  Agencies will multiple sites will default to Site No: 00.

  6. Select the Wait List Start Date. NOTE: If you backdate entries, ensure that the Wait List Start date is back far enough in the past.
  7. Selection of the Program Start Date is optional.
  8. Save.

Note

Report Reminder: When viewing the “CL-13: List of Clients by Wait List” report, for the parameter ProgramStartDate: Enter Wait List Program Start date, use the start date of the Wait List or a date prior to the start date.

Editing a Wait List

Existing wait lists can be edited by following these steps:

  1. From the “Client Info” tab, click on “Wait List Info”, select the Wait List you wish to edit and click on the Edit Wait List button.
  2. When the "Edit Wait List" screen appears, make the necessary changes and Save.

Deleting a Wait List

Before choosing to delete a wait list, take note that a wait list with active clients cannot be deleted.  

  1. From the “Client Info” tab, click on “Wait List Info”, to access the Wait List Management Screen.
  2. Select the Wait List to be deleted.
  3. Click the Delete button.

Note

All Wait List information will still remain in the database for reporting purposes.
