These instructions concern logging into your agency’s LIVE environment, which is different from the NEO TEST environment. Your Site Administrator should give you the website URL for the LIVE environment. Bookmark the live system URL for easy access.

Logging in for the first time

Your Site Administrator will give you a username before you log in for the first time.

Go to the LIVE environment. Click the Forgot Password button.

Enter the email address you use for work.

You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

When you follow the link you will need to enter your username, and choose a new password.
