Your Site Administrator will give you a username and a generic password before before you log in for the first time. If you do not know your username or password, contact your Site Administrator.
Go to the LIVE environment. Enter your username and your generic password, and click Login.
Once logged in, click Change Details 
Click Change Password.
Click the Forgot Password button.
Enter the email address you use for work.
You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
Change your password to something new and unique to you. Click Update
