These instructions concern logging into your agency’s LIVE environment, which is different from the NEO TEST environment. Your Site Administrator should give you the website URL for the LIVE environment. Bookmark the live system URL for easy access.

Logging in for the first time

Your Site Administrator will give you a username and a generic password before you log in for the first time. If you do not know your username or password, contact your Site Administrator.

Go to the LIVE environment. Enter your username and your generic password, and click Login.

Once logged in, click Change Details 

Click Change Password.

Change your password to something new and unique to you. Click Update
