This how-to article will help you reset your Catalyst password from the Catalyst home page. 

When you select the 'Forgot your password' link on the Catalyst home page. A pop-up box will appear that will ask you to provide your:

  • Catalyst User ID;
  • Agency Connex Number; and
  • Valid Email Address associated with your account.

Catalyst will then validate the information and if the information does not match our records a message will appear. 

Validation Check Messages

Incorrect Connex # and User ID Message: will result in a "User is not found. Please try again." message.  If the problem persists, please contact your local Catalyst System Administrator.

Invalid Email Address: will result in two possible messages: "The email provided was not found on our records. Please contact your local Catalyst System Administrator" or "Cannot process this request, malformed email. Please try again."


Validation Successful

If the validation is successful, Catalyst will send you a password rest email.
