This article tells you how to add the new Activity type 'Client - Direct face-to-face - Virtual'. It also tells you how to grant individual users privileges for this new Activity Type.
How to add the new Activity Type ‘Client – Direct face-to-face – Virtual’
Log in to Catalyst > Admin > Administration > Agency Activity List > Add Activity > Under ‘Activity Type’ > Select 'Client - Direct face-to-face - Virtual from the drop down list
- Add the Activity Name in English, Activity Name in French, Activity Description in English, and Activity Description in French > Save
- You will now be able to see the new activity in the Agency Activity List (please note that there are multiple pages in the Activity Type list)
- You now have to give individual users privileges to this new Activity Type
How to give users privileges to the new Activity Type
- Log in to Catalyst > Admin > User Profile > Search User > Search by the users User ID, First Name or Last name > Search > click on the blue hyperlink of the users User ID
- Scroll down to User Privileges > Under 'Activities' > check off the new activity created for 'Client - Direct face-to-face - Virtual' > Save
