CTS Reports Training

Overview

This reports training will focus on the two types of reports available for the data collected in the NEO360 Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) module:

  • Consumption and Treatment Services Monthly Report

  • NEO360 Built-in CTS Reports

The following sections will provide more details about each report type:

Consumption and Treatment Services Monthly Report

To support monthly CTS reporting required by the Ministry of Health, DATIS has developed a custom CTS Monthly Report form in the CAMH SAP Portal.

This report aggregates data from the NEO360 CTS module to populate elements within the CTS Monthly Report template. In addition to the populated report fields, manual entry fields can be directly entered in the report as well.

This report can be accessed by sites at any time, but will be most useful at the end of each month to support mandatory CTS reporting.

NEO360 Built-in CTS Reports

Just as with the NEP/NSP modules, NEO360 has a number of built-in reports that can be accessed by sites at any time.

These reports may be useful for pulling more detailed information about clients visiting each CTS site, viewing data for specific date ranges, and reviewing client-level data rather than the aggregate data populated for the CTS monthly report.

Note: While these reports can provide useful information for sites, data provided in the NEO360 reports may not always match the aggregate data populated for the CTS Monthly Report due to differences in how the report elements are calculated. When completing the CTS Monthly Report, it is important to use the aggregate data populated by the CAMH Analytics Portal to ensure consistency in reporting.
