This how-to article will help you reset your Catalyst password from the Catalyst home page. 

When you select the 'Forgot your password' link on the Catalyst home page. A pop-up box will appear that asks for your:

  • Catalyst User ID;
  • Agency Connex Number; and
  • Valid Email Address associated with your account.


Catalyst will then validate the information that you've inputted and if the information does not match our records a message will appear. 

Validation Check Messages

Incorrect Connex # and User ID Message: will result in a "User is not found. Please try again." message.  If the problem persists, please contact your local Catalyst System Administrator.

Invalid Email Address: will result in two possible messages: "The email provided was not found on our records. Please contact your local Catalyst System Administrator" or "Cannot process this request, malformed email. Please try again."
