Site admins have access to the following functions in NEO:

  • Editing and deleting previously entered data
  • Editing and deleting client codes
  • Recording transactions
  • Running NEO reports
  • Manage Site Staff, i.e.:
    • Creating new user accounts
    • Inactivating user accounts
    • Resetting password
    • Granting a user access to multiple sites

Site admins can be granted all or only some of these functions.

All of these functions are covered by the Site Administrator training. Further reports training is also available.
