This news also serves as a reminder to direct any questions or issues you may experience with NEO or reports to helpdesk@onhrdb.ca so another member of our team can address your request. To help resolve your issue quickly, please remember to include:
- The name of your agency
- If the issue concerns a NEO user account:
- Include the username and the Site the account is registered under
- If its a reporting/admin account, indicate this
- If you would like to add a new satellite site:
- Include the name and address of the site
- If you have a reports-related question, check out our NEO reports training in case your question is answered there
In general, your question may be answered on the ONHRDB Knowledge Base. But if you've checked and still can't find your answer, let us know so we can continue to improve this resource.

You must now access CAMH's SAP reports, including OCHART Section 6, the NEP/NSP Activity Report and the ONP Quarterly Report from the following URL:

Submitting OCHART Section 6
While it is certainly a busy time, if you are preparing to submit OCHART please check out our resources on how to generate this report using your NEO data. This report can be generated in SAP using the link above, and then you are free to enter the numbers into OHTN's OCHART portal. These numbers do not get sent to OHTN directly, NEO is a tool to help you collect the data.
