What do the different sections of the built-in NEO reports mean?

NEO reports are divided into three sections:

  • CLIENT
    • Reports that pull data based on the number of unique clients registered in NEO
  • TRANSACTION
    • Reports that pull data based on the total number of transactions logged in NEO
  • NALOXONE
    • Reports that pull data entered into the Naloxone Used module only

Example #1:

CLIENT report 001-Registered will tell you the total number of unique client reference codes your agency has registered in NEO, while TRANSACTION report 101-Transactions will tell you the total number of transactions logged in NEO.

Example #2:

An agency might have 100 unique clients and 500 total transactions logged in NEO.

The CLIENT report 003-Gender might look like this:

MaleFemaleTrans maleTrans FemaleOther gender not listedTotal
6035230100

And the TRANSACTION report 103-Gender might look like this:

MaleFemaleTrans maleTrans FemaleOther gender not listedTotal
2352358220100

The reports look similar, but while 003-Gender indicates that this agency has more male clients than female, 103-Gender indicates that female clients seem to visit more often than male clients.

Setting parameters

Clicking any report in one of these sections will take you to the parameters screen. For example, 003 Gender has only two main parameters you would select before generating your report: a date range of when clients were first registered and which sites you would like to be included in the report.

After selecting these parameters, you can click Combine results to summarize the data rather than have it presented on a site-by-site basis in the report. Then click Generate.
