Question
Our agency holds co-facilitated groups with another DATIS participating agency. We hold the groups at one another's sites. How do I enter this group into our Activity Log?
Answer
If the groups are being held by two different agencies in the same place/group, your agency should add only your clients into your Catalyst database when entering the group into the activity log. The other agency should only add their clients to the group within their own agency database.
