Entry Services are activities recorded in the Activity Log prior to a client being registered to a program.  

Step-by-step guide

  1. When the activity log appears on screen, move through each field and make a selection.
  2. The Activity Type of Pre-Entry Services – Direct face-to-face will be pre-populated, but if the service were not face to face as in the case of a phone call, the selection can be changed.

  3. Once all input has been completed, scroll to the bottom and click on the “Save” button.
  4. When the screen refreshes click on the Exit Activity Log button. This will return you to the Client Information screen.
