I'm not able to access the GAIN ABS, why is this?

Answer

There could be several reasons why you are unable to access the GAIN ABS.  Before submitting an issue to Service Desk, consider the following questions:

  1. Have you completed GAIN training?
    1. You will not be able to log on if you have not formally completed the training.
  2. Were you able to access GAIN before?
    1. If no, then have you completed the training?
  3. What Connex # did you use to log into Catalyst?
    1. Your GAIN access is tied to the Connex # of your Catalyst database and your log in credentials.
  4. Was the GAIN account you are trying to access created  for you at your current organization?
    1. If you have moved to a new organization, you cannot use the GAIN account associated with the previous organization.  You will need a new account set up.
