Can the names of harm reduction supplies be changed in NEO?

No.

While harm reduction agencies sometimes refer to the same supplies by different names, e.g. "shorts", "longs", straight stem pipes vs. crack pipes, etc., the names of supplies in the ONHRDB must be consistent. When using NEO if there is any confusion around what a certain item refers to please contact the ONHRDB System Administrator.
