Agencies are able to submit data through the ONHRDB for the Ontario Naloxone Program in bulk. Agencies are only required to submit data that the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care requests of them on the ONP Quarterly Report, and are only required to do so on a quarterly basis. Agencies can choose to submit more frequently (e.g. monthly) if they prefer.

Data must be broken down and entered based on the different community partner categories specified in the ONP Quarterly Report. These will be set up as "Transaction Sites" in your NEO account.

  4. Select "Not Specified" as the Gender and then click the Anonymous button.
  5. Fill out the form.
  6. Click Save.

Repeat for each agency or category of agency for which you're submitting data.
