Question
When I look at the group attendees, the numbers don’t look right, how come? I checked the attendance on the group attendance screen and to me there should be more attendees and more groups.
Answer
Check to make sure the clients:
- have an open admission
- attended for more than 5 minutes during the reporting time
- are registered to the program & in the FC that the services apply
- program was selected correctly on the group attendance screen if the client was opened to more than one program for that admission
For example, if a service provider spent 1 hour in a group where 5 clients were registered in community treatment and 5 clients were registered in day/evening FC, a full hour of provider time is counted in each of the functional centres. So this one group will appear on two tables, once for the CT FC and again for C D/E Txt FC.
Run the PR-03 List of Agency Programs to make sure the programs are linked as they should.
Run the CL-20: List of Client Appointments report to view activity details.
