For our Residential Tx program, we use the Indirect Service Large Group for Direct Service work-a-round, as outlined for RT agencies by DATIS. How will those groups and numbers be displayed in the table for RT?

The counts will be included:
- in the statistical accounts of 491**20 for a count on the number of participants on the FC table for the residential services.
- In the s.4920010 account.
- SPI intervals as well.
Question
What if we have some groups that we use the IS Large Group option for, and for others we add members to a group and record in the normal way for group activity?
I.e. Completing attendance on the Group Attendance Screen.
Answer
If during the report period there was a combination of group services:
- clients registered as members in a group
- groups recorded as IS Large Group, the number of groups
The count on the number of groups will be a sum of all occurred DS groups for the reporting period. Groups with Members + IS Large Groups (DS face-to-face for residential services). However because the group appointments recorded in the Large Total for IS Large Group field for residential agencies is included in the total number of groups, the sum of age groups may not tally with the total in the age groups.
