For individual appointments, the client time is taken from the Activity Log screen (Actual Time Spent field)

For group appointments, the client time is taken from the Group Attendance screen (Actual Time Spent field)

For anonymous groups, only the total number of clients and the staff time/duration are entered in the Activity Log. Since the client time is not reported, it will not appear in CL-20 report.
